John "The Fragile Egg" Egbert

John is the founder and lead content creator of the company, bringing over 15 years of active-duty service in the United States Air Force and a lifelong passion for gaming to his work. A dedicated competitive player, he has spent the past decade playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, consistently earning Emerald and Diamond ranks across multiple seasons. He also enjoys Rocket League, where he has repeatedly reached Platinum in ranked tournaments. While he values competition and personal improvement, John's approach to gaming extends far beyond rankings—he believes games are at their best when they create opportunities for connection, teamwork, and community.

After recently being diagnosed with ADHD, John developed a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and began recognizing both the strengths and challenges that many players experience in online gaming spaces. Combined with years of encountering toxic and misogynistic behavior in competitive game lobbies, these experiences inspired him to build something different: a community where players of every background, skill level, experience level, gender, and neurotype feel welcome, respected, and encouraged to enjoy gaming together. Through his content, he aims to model positive masculinity, sportsmanship, and inclusive leadership while creating an environment where competition and kindness can coexist.

Outside of competitive shooters, John enjoys exploring cooperative and story-driven games with his family. He and his wife, Stephanie, have recently begun adventuring through Baldur's Gate 3, discovering the rich storytelling and teamwork inspired by tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons. He also enjoys building worlds in Minecraft and playing cooperative titles such as It Takes Two with his daughter. Whether he's competing in ranked matches or sharing memorable gaming experiences with family and friends, John's goal remains the same: to have fun, build a welcoming community, and create a space where everyone feels they belong.

Stephanie is the Project Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the company, combining her expertise in business operations, project management, and higher education with a lifelong appreciation for storytelling through video games. Her gaming journey began at age 12 with the release of the original Kingdom Hearts, a game that sparked a love of immersive narratives and imaginative worlds. Since then, she has enjoyed everything from all four generations of The Sims to nostalgic favorites like The Hobbit (2003) and The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth. Today, she gravitates toward cozy games and single-player role-playing adventures, including Disney Dreamlight Valley, which she enjoys playing with her son. More recently, she has embraced cooperative adventures, exploring Baldur's Gate 3 alongside her husband, John, and beginning her own Dungeons & Dragons journey with her brother.

The rich storytelling found in fantasy and science fiction games inspired Stephanie's lifelong love of reading, history, and learning. A devoted fan of The Lord of the Rings, Marvel, and other fantasy worlds, she credits gaming with nurturing the curiosity that ultimately led her to study History in college and pursue a career in higher education. While working in education, she earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA), developing the strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership skills she now uses to help grow the company's vision into a sustainable and thriving business.

Stephanie's commitment to building welcoming communities extends beyond gaming. Following her own ADHD diagnosis, she developed a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and became an advocate for creating inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and supported. Whether in the classroom, the workplace, or the gaming community, she believes that people thrive when they are treated with kindness, respect, and authenticity. Through her role behind the scenes, she is dedicated to helping build a community where players of all backgrounds, experience levels, identities, and neurotypes know they are wanted, welcome, and accepted.
